A Note about Hotels:

Some of our area's most beautiful resorts, such as The Lake Placid Lodge, arrange on-site massage for their guests. This allows them to provide their guests with approved providers whom they know will provide excellent quality treatment, and to satisfy their insurance requirements. We are happy to be exclusive approved massage therapy providers for these unique properties. Please be aware that the resorts have their own price structure in place for on-site massage, and that billing will be through the resort. Call us to inquire or contact the resort's front desk to arrange massage.
Groups, Teams, Events
Do you have a Corporate retreat, team camp, competition, wedding or family vacation? We can organize multiple sessions to best fit your busy schedule and therapy needs in our studio or setting of your choice. Choose any type of massage.

Our signature massage is a blend of art and science created just for you from a wonderful alliance of methods. We target your problems and connected areas to relieve pain and tension, treating their causes effectively and naturally. You'll feel the difference.
Deep tissue massage works the deeper muscles to release tension in the body, usually chronic tension. This is done with slow strokes, concentrated pressure on the tense areas and stretches to loosen muscles and fascia.
Some people may experience temporary mild soreness for a period in the day following the massage. This should abate, and relief from the original pain and more comfortable mobility will follow.

Our flowing, soothing massage with aromatic oils helps you unwind, relieves tension, feels amazing and is always a favorite.
Swedish massage relaxes muscles through pressure applied to the muscles and joints with soothing strokes returning blood to the heart. This increases oxygen flow and releases toxins built up in the muscles.

A marvelous, grounding massage with heated stones eases tired muscles, melting tension and stress. The stones are usually volcanic basalt because of their ability to absorb and retain heat well. The therapist places stones around your body and uses oiled, hot stones as well as their hands to massage you.

Thai massage is an ancient Ayurvedic form of bodywork. The work is performed on a floor mat, and the client wears comfortable clothing, like that suitable for yoga. It uses stretching in combination with pressure point massage to relieve stress and relax muscles. This invigorating ancient routine will leave you feeling loose, energized and balanced.
Thai massage is not recommended if you have acute herniated discs or back injuries.
Recommended session time is 1 to 2 hours.
Caring therapy for Moms-to-be. Special positioning and mindful techniques help to naturally ease the pains and stresses of pregnancy.
Close to the end of the term, specific pressure points can also be worked to help stimulate labor.

This wonderful treatment benefits the whole body by working reflex points on the feet, ankles and hands. Reflexology can be done as a dedicated treatment or integrated into a massage session.
Add a wonderful, soothing dip for hands and/or feet. Let the heated wax and massage soften and sooth dry skin, tired feet and painful hands.
$10 Hands or Feet

We also have and use t-spheres, massage & aromatherapy in one portable product!
T spheres are innovative and unique self-massage tools born from over 15 years of research and development by Licensed Massage Therapist Stephanie Whittier, CST. This natural way to relieve pain from the body uses the two most scientifically researched alternative methods for stress relief. The infusion of aromatherapy essential oils into purified, perfectly weighted organic rubber compound has never been accomplished before, making t spheres the only massage ball with both beneficial attributes. We incorporate them into massages and can show you how to use them at home and on the go. Each set comes with a spray-top re-infuser and simple ‘how to use’ pictorial instructions in a travel bag.
